Book Purchasing
We are looking for your gently used paperbacks and puzzles, and we offer store credit or cash. There's no appointment necessary, and we can typically process your books on the spot.
We offer 50% of our sticker price in store credit, and a bit less than that in cash. The minimum cash we offer is 50 cents per book, with most books paying out at a higher rate.
What we're looking for
We carry most genres of books in the shop, and would love to look at any books or puzzles you'd like to bring by.
We do accept hardcover books in the following categories: Children's, Young Adult, Cookbooks, Craft/How To, and Art/coffee table books.
What We Don't accept
- Damaged books (e. g. water damage, missing pages, overly annotated)
- Textbooks or manuals
- Dated books (e.g. Denver's Best Restaurants2025)
- Travel guides
- Magazines
- Most body health books (e. g. Younger Next Year), apart from self-help books
